Questions? Ask here.

Hi, and welcome to [livejournal.com profile] moogle_workshop, the fanworks community for [livejournal.com profile] ff_land!

If you have any questions to ask, please feel free to leave a comment below, and one of the mods will get back to you ASAP. :) This post will be updated whenever necessary.

1. Crossovers between FF fandoms and non-FF fandoms are allowed and will receive points as long as the focus is on the Final Fantasy characters.

2. As per the rules, fanworks that have been written/posted prior to joining [livejournal.com profile] ff_land will not be given points; in the case of ongoing multi-chapter fanfiction, points will only be awarded for chapters posted after the author has joined [livejournal.com profile] ff_land.

3. To make it easier for points to be awarded in the above situation - please do post links/etc. to the old chapters in one post. Any updates made after joining this community may be posted chapter by chapter if you wish.

Hai! I have a question~ I've already discussed it partially with [livejournal.com profile] sunflower_mynah but we figured more input would be better.

ANYWAY. I'm in the middle (sort of) of writing this weird FFX/British Comedy crossover fic, in which three British comedians are characters in Spira - one is a Summoner (David Mitchell), and the other two are his Guardians (Charlie Brooker and Robert Webb, although I'm not sure anyone on here will know who any of them are?). Basically, it's a Pilgrimage fic, with a few cameos here and there from Yuna and co. (it runs concurrent with Yuna's Pilgrimage, but in a different order to shake things up a bit). Obviously, there's Aeons too, and I go into quite a lot of detail about how they're acquired - the Chamber of the Fayth chapters are easily the longest.

I guess my question is: a) would it be appropriate to post this here? and b) would it contribute towards my team's points? I worry about this fic, cos it's very, er, specific, so I've not even posted it on any of the FF comms either. Thoughts?

I know it says that we're allowed to post fanwork that we made for a different community, but does this also apply if we're planning to x-post in a number of communities? I just want to make sure beforehand~

Are fanvids allowed? I ask, just because obviously, the CGI stuff isn't my own work, but the editing in the video is. I just don't see any up at the moment, so I wanted to be sure before I posted anything. :)

I fear I may have asked already, but things that are written in Al Bhed, the language in Final Fantasy X: are they allowed? Perhaps with a translation/translator within?
